About this service
ATTENTION INCOME ASSISTANCE CLIENTS
We ask that clients use telephone and email communication with workers whenever possible. However, clients can meet safely with workers in-person when needed.
The Child Care Subsidy is a monthly subsidy that is available to families to help them with the costs of licensed child care. Subsidies vary depending on income, and payments are sent directly to the licensed child care centre. Parents are still responsible for paying the amount of the difference between the fee and the amount of the subsidy.
