We are a team of caring and committed individuals providing free mental health services in Regina Saskatchewan; assisting others to improve their emotional being, mental, spiritual and physical health.
If you are feeling down, worried, or stressed and need someone to talk to, you can talk one-on-one with our friendly, qualified counsellors during one of our free weekly Call-In Counselling services. Simply give us a call, or send us an email. Sessions are approximately 60 minutes.
