About this service
There are times in everyones life when a little extra support is needed. Family Service Regina helps people deal with a wide range of life events from coping with daily pressures, like job loss or relationship problems to addressing mental health issues and breaking intergenerational cycles of abuse. Our counselling services are for individuals, couples and families. All of our counsellors have masters level training, numerous years of experience and work from a variety of research and trauma-informed approaches, and always hold ourselves accountable to you. Counselling can equip you with tools for change, help you heal and prepare you to move forward.
