About this service
Snoezelen is described as a controlled multi-sensory enrvironment for people with autism or developed disabilities. It consists of placing the person in a soothing and stimulating environment, called the "Snoezelen Room". Ideally, Snoezelen therapy can provide a multi-sensory experience or single sensory focus, simply by adapting the lighting, atmosphere, sounds, and textures to the specific need of the individual at the time of use.
