About this service
The City offers reduced rates for recreation programs and transit passes to ensure all residents can be included through the Affordable Access Program.
Reduced Rates
Leisure Passes can be purchased for 50 per cent off the regular price and residents can participate in registered programs at 80 per cent off the regular price, to a maximum of $160 discount per family member. The City has hundreds of great recreation and leisure programs to choose from such as swimming, arts and crafts, and sport and fitness. Find them in our Leisure Guide.
Transit Passes can be purchased at 20 per cent reduced cost. If eligible, passes must be purchased from the Transit Information Centre (2124 11th Avenue) or the Transit Operations Centre (333 Winnipeg Street).
