About this service
Counselling is a personal and confidential therapy process designed to assist individuals, couples, or families make the changes in their lives for which they seek counselling services. All our counsellors are highly trained professionals with relevant academic degrees, training, and experience. Please call us at (306) 525 0521 to if you are interested in receiving counselling services, We are always here to talk, so call us whenever you are ready.
We also offer free single session walking counselling, on the first & third Tuesday of every month, from 1 to 4. This conveniently takes place at the Regina Food Bank, 445 Winnipeg Street. To help ensure you get the help you need, this service will always be completely free for all participants.
