What we do for you:
- Coordinate access to various health services
- Offer prenatal nutrition program
- Carry out health assessments
- Take orders for Family Baskets
- Provide support to individuals, families and groups
- Deliver outreach services
- Facilitate residents to work with agencies such as the Rentalsman, the Family Service Bureau and Social Services
- Provide health education and lifestyle information
- Listen to residents' concerns
- Assist with transportation
- Have a telephone, fax machine, photocopier, and computer available for residents' use
- Refer to the Food Bank
- Welcome volunteers to participate in centre programs
- Free bread on Monday, Wednesday, Friday ( as available)
