Sidewalks of Regina invites you to share your experience (and photo-documentation) of walking (or rolling, or strolling) in the Queen City.
Regina has a sidewalk problem. We have them, but we dont use them. Or perhaps we use them, but not with a lot of pleasure. This is especially true in winter, when they are, more often than not, caked in ice and snow, making them impassable by those who use wheelchairs, walkers, or baby strollers.
Reginians deserve better. Passable walkways that are maintained year-round would encourage us to get out and about in our city, and would promote a healthier lifestyle not to mention a better frame of mind.
When posting to Sidewalks of Regina, please keep your language clean and your criticism constructive. Unless you come across something truly stupid. In that case, let er rip.
