Mobile crisis is here to provide immediate support to those facing a crisis. Below are examples of the crisis services we provide.
Crisis support is short-term and will provide you with non-judgmental support and resources in your time of need. The main goal of crisis support is to help reduce stress and improve your ability to cope with your current situation and possible ways to deal with any future crises.
Events may include:
- Personal crises
- Family conflicts or violence
- Marital disputes
- Child abuse/neglect
- Lost children
- Loss (of a loved one, job, home)
- Physical health issues or illness
- Suicide
- Sexual assault
- Incest
- Caring for another
- Violence and trauma
- Pressures from work or study
