About this service
At GDI Training and Employment, we want you to get the best start that you can in your trade or profession. We understand that finding your path to meaningful employment can be difficult, especially if money is an issue.
- Our Individual Sponsorship Program directly sponsors individuals to attend training programs, helping with costs such as travel expenses, tuition fees, and book costs.
- Our Immediate Employment Assistance Program helps with the up front costs of starting a new job.
- The 2021-2026 Métis Nation University Sponsorship Program aims to assist Métis students to close the education gap by attending accredited University level programming. Students are selected using a blind adjudication process and ranked on criteria to meet Métis Nation Saskatchewan priority areas.
