This one-day program assists parents and their children to:
- Understand and process the violence and abuse they have witnessed by listening, believing and validating their experiences
- Understand that abusive behavior and violence are unacceptable, involve choice; and that the abuser must take responsibility for his/her actions.
- Learn skills to boost self-esteem, manage anger, problem solve efficiently, and express feeling appropriately.
