About this service
Take it EASY is a registration based on program FREE OF CHARGE to our identifying female members between the ages 9 and 14 years. If youre not a member, sign up NOW! This program typically runs 6 weeks in the Winter and is held at the Club weekly.
Take it EASY aims to foster self-esteem and confidence in teens and pre-teens, providing them with the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to ensure theyre equipped to tackle the everyday struggles our youth face today. This program speaks to sensitive topics such as: self-esteem, gender and body image, sexuality and violence while ensuring our members are having fun!
