About this service
In conjunction with Saskatchewan Health, this is a 9 month residential housing program for men suffering from addictions and /or mental health problems. These men are referred to us, through their mental health and addictions counsellor, so they have already undergone detox and treatment before coming to Riverside Mission.
Having said that, the Missions role in their overall recovery process is to house them in a safe, sober & clean environment (4 suites) and to provide ongoing assistance and support for them with respect to issues such as hygiene, cleanliness, making sure they go to their appointments, and maintaining a dry and drug free lifestyle.
All MATH Program participants are selected by the Health Region, and not Riverside Mission.
