The Stop-Lift Program is designed specifically for individuals who have been charged with theft or property offences. The aim of the program is to create awareness in the offender of the effects of his or her actions on the victim, themselves, the community and society at large. The program also provides an opportunity for the offender to reflect on his or her development, discuss values and issues such as self-esteem, peer pressure and decision making skills.
