Created in 1950 as the North Central Saskatchewan Regional Library, Wapiti Regional Library was the first regional library in Saskatchewan. As a member of the Saskatchewan multi-type library system, Wapiti lends resources to other multi-type partners and receives free loans in return. As a result, patrons have access to over three million items from public, university and special libraries across Saskatchewan.
