TT - Marriage Counselling

At Thane Therapy, my approach to couple and marriage counselling often involves meeting with each person in the relationship separately. The first meeting includes both parties, and then subsequent sessions take place on a one-on-one basis until both parties are ready to tackle the wounds within the relationship.

While this approach may seem odd,

its important to note that relationships often struggle because the people in

them are struggling. Its vital to treat the parts of the unit before the whole

can be addressed.
