About this organization
Trans Lifeline is a national trans-led organization dedicated to improving the quality of trans lives by responding to the critical needs of our community with direct service, material support, advocacy, and education. Our vision is to fight the epidemic of trans suicide and improve overall life-outcomes of trans people by facilitating justice-oriented, collective community aid.
Trans Lifelines Hotline is a peer support service run by trans people, for trans and questioning callers. Our operators are located all over the U.S. and Canada, and are all trans-identified. If you are in crisis or just need someone to talk to, even if its just about whether or not youre trans, please call us. We will do our best to support you and provide you resources.
We believe that some of the best support that a trans person in crisis can have is a fellow member of our community with shared lived experience.
