About this service
Kanaweyimik has annual cultural camps. Moosomin hosted the 2009 camp. Sweetgrass will be hosting the 2010 camp. Originally it was intended to hold four camps but the Elders Council advised that community Elders and families have strongly indicated they want these camps to be held on an annual basis. The Elders Council is requesting the five communities to join together to enhance the outcome of the cultural camps.
