About this service
When you leave the Forces, youre not only leaving behind a job, but a part of your military family as well. The goal of this workshop is to help you reflect on what you are leaving behind, and also on what you stand to gain. A guidance counsellor will lead a series of workshops, to help you reflect on your life path, give you purpose after military life, and give you concrete tools to help you plan for your future.
Spouses of veterans attending the workshop can also attend workshops offered by a social worker to discuss the impacts of this transition on their relationship and their family.
