About this service
The Veteran Family Program (VFP), funded by Veterans Affairs Canada, is designed specifically to support the unique needs of medically releasing CAF members, medically released Veterans and their families.
The purpose of this program is to facilitate the transition to civilian life for medically released members and their families.
The VFP offers:
Workshops and groups specially tailored to ease the transition to civilian life;
The possibility to meet one of the Veteran Family Program Coordinators;
Access to all regular services offered by your MFRC.
The VFP can be accessed across Canada through:
One of the 32 Military Family Resource Centres;
Family Information Line (24/7 at 1-800-866-4546);
