About this service
The purpose of the Strengthening the Forces (SFF) health promotion program is to provide members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) community with the tools and resources to achieve and maintain optimal health and wellness. The CAF is committed to providing its members with a comprehensive four-part program:
Addiction Awareness and Prevention
Injury Prevention and Active Living
Nutritional wellness
Social wellness
The Health Promotion program is aimed primarily at military staff (Regular and Reserve) and their immediate families, civilian employees of the Department of National Defence, Non-Public Fund employees and members of the Cadet Corps.
