Lower St. Laurent Library Network

Promote the establishment, maintenance and development of public libraries in the territory of Bas-Saint-Laurent and support the network of these libraries by achieving its objectives;

• Establish, maintain and develop collections of published documents, document processing services and any other professional or technical service relating to the operation of a public library;
• Concluding contracts for documentary, professional or technical services relating to the operation of a public library;
• Promote the pooling of resources, exchanges between public libraries and cooperation with any library or any interested organization;
• Promote any other activity related to the operation of a public library;
• Encourage and support training, information, animation and development programs compatible with its mission.

Lower St. Laurent Library Network is open Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m..
