Women's Center at the 3 A's of Quebec - Snowdrop

Help women to get to know each other, to accept each other and thus to respect each other in their interpersonal and affective relationships.

Specific objectives:

• To identify the influences of socialization which are at the basis of the role they occupy in their relationships.
• Identify the types of relationships and roles adopted.
• Understand the forms of power exercised and suffered (jealousy, control, etc.).
• Recognize their emotions more in order to manage them better.
• Continue to apply the skills they have developed in order to have healthier and more respectful interpersonal and affective relationships.
