The Action is intended for people receiving social assistance or social solidarity who, despite their motivation to be active, have difficulties that hinder their progress and prevent them from participating in employment assistance measures. They are considered remote from the labor market.
In short, people registered on a PAAS-Action receive a monthly surplus on their last-resort financial assistance benefits. Participants must work 20 hours per week. They have 3 months to reach this number of hours per week, allowing a gradual entry into the position. The PAAS-Action courses last for one year.
