About this service
This free service aims to facilitate access to health care for immigrants
and to promote learning about the functioning of the health and social services network.
This service takes different forms: referral to external resources, assistance with registration in the family doctor access window, assistance with making appointments, popularization of information to the client while offering a support in understanding the health system. Depending on the complexity of the file, the client can be accompanied by a speaker during the appointments.
