About this service
Bus-AMI takes the form of a network of volunteers coordinated and trained by the SAAI, offering newcomers to the Quebec City region personalized support during their travels on the Capital's transport network (RTC). The innovative pedagogical model relies on the experiential approach and is culturally adapted for each person accompanied. The autonomy in travel acquired will encourage the presence of newcomers for the many appointments for health, francization and employment, as well as increased social participation.
The AMI-bus public transport support service has changed its name: it is now called Bus-AMI
