While a little being develops inside her, the future mother will have to face a multitude of changes. First on the physical level, where the body will gain in roundness and will react in a multitude of ways following this sudden hormonal change, but also on the psychological level.

The caf-rencontre is a place where everyone can express themselves without judgment about their experience as a parent or future parent. It helps break isolation, meet new people and sometimes even build relationships.
