About this service
This service aims to establish a long-term relationship based on equality and reciprocity between a refugee family and an individual, couple or family in the host society. Offered in conjunction with other CMQ services, intercultural twinning also aims to raise awareness among the Quebec population of the importance of conceiving the process of integrating newcomers as a shared responsibility between the host society and the newcomers. The duration of the pairing is six months and the activities take place twice a month.
