About this service
The Immigration - Early Childhood - Capital - National (IPECN) project is a structuring project resulting from a process of consultation and co-development of practices in the field of intercultural intervention and immigration. The project brings together more than twenty partners from the community, school, institutional, government, university, municipal and educational childcare networks.
The IPECN project aims to adapt the organization of services and intervention to the needs of immigrant families with young children in order to facilitate their adaptation and integration into Quebec society. The development and well-being of toddlers with an immigrant background is at the heart of the process.
