Workshops and training are offered free of charge thanks to the partnership we have established with the Louis-Jolliet Adult Education Center of the Commission scolaire de la Capitale. They are led by professionals keen to pass on their knowledge through workshops that aim for well-being by combining arts, spirituality and integration exercises.
