About this service
Through this service, volunteers respond to requests for accompaniment to the doctor, to the hospital, to the grocery store. This is offered to people in need of assistance.
A monetary compensation of $0.50 per kilometer is paid by the client for gas and the use of the volunteer's vehicle.
However, there is the possibility of making special arrangements for people with low incomes.
