About this service
Objective: to allow immigrants aged 50 and over to break out of isolation, contribute to the sharing of knowledge between participants, facilitate the development of skills and transmit information.
The MEI offers people aged 50 and over :
Group meetings and reflection: These meetings allow immigrant seniors to discuss various topics. They aim to lead them to question the main issues of daily life and its philosophical aspects.
The collective kitchen is made up of a small group of people who pool their time and skills to make economical, healthy and appetizing meals. It is aimed at anyone aged 50 and over who wants to get involved in their community and takes place in four stages: planning, purchases, cooking day and evaluation.
