• Children considered vulnerable because of their family situation or their socio-cultural context.
• Children who, from time to time, present health or behavioral problems without necessarily the opinion of a health professional being issued, but for whom an intervention plan is drawn up with the participation of parents or guardians .

Therefore, if we assess that a child has needs that correspond to one or other of the definitions, we try to meet their needs in the most appropriate way possible.
