About this service

With its three service components, the CAI wishes to complete the range of resources available to newcomers to Qubec. Indeed, we work throughout the city and our atypical schedules allow us to reach as many people as possible. This flexibility is also evident in the openness and great adaptability of people to our job. Based on the principle of unconditional welcome, our organization warmly welcomes immigrants of all statuses (permanent residents, asylum seekers, people with implicit status, without status, etc.). Our activities and services are divided into three parts:1
