Our team of mentors is made up of retired, experienced women who are motivated to pass on a fine professional heritage.
The role of the mentor is to support you in your transition and to encourage you to deploy your soft skills . She will be there to listen to you, advise you, make you think and share her skills and expertise with you!
She can meet with you for a few hours a month, according to your needs, outside your working hours.
