About this organization
The program is divided into 2 components:
- Offer seniors a program of activities aimed at physical and intellectual well-being (yoga, intellectual fitness, Qi gong, line dancing, etc.)
- Offer a transportation service by bus at the rate of 2 outings per month (week 2 and 4) to allow access to supermarkets, shopping centres, big box stores or the pharmacy as well as 1 outing of a cultural nature per month (week 3).

A small symbolic amount of $2/outing is requested from participants.
