Public research center and non-profit organization, the Society for Lifelong Learning (SAVIE) was born in 1994 from a concern expressed by various stakeholders in the education sector and the industrial cluster of technologies of the information to help create a culture of lifelong learning.SAVIE 's mission is to establish and lead a center of expertise, research and development based on a provincial, national and international French-language digital network. The organization has positioned itself for several years as a French-speaking leader in the design of online courses, particularly with the Personnalisa platform, in the creation of serious games, and in numerous research projects related to education, training and school perseverance, as much for students, seniors, as for medical personnel.
