About this organization
We welcome anyone aged 18 and over, living or having experienced a mental health problem. Our mission is to promote better personal and social integration of our members through awareness and mutual aid. Osmosis carries out its mission based on the principle of participatory management, also known as By and For, which allows everyone to make their unique contribution while promoting a process of mutual aid. With the support of community volunteers and a small team of employees, Osmose members are actively involved in the organization and operation of the organization, in leading workshops and sit on the board of directors.
