Created in 1998, the National Institute of Public Health of Quebec (INSPQ) is a center of expertise and reference in matters of public health in Quebec. Our objective is to advance knowledge and skills, to propose strategies as well as intersectoral actions likely to improve the state of health and well-being of the population.

Our experts, who come from fields as distinct as applied sciences, health sciences and social or human sciences, work together with the health network and the teaching and research communities to develop and share knowledge and skills in public health.
