Emotions Support Centre

The Emotions Support Centre is a community organization in the greater Quebec City region, located in Sainte-Foy, helping people living or having lived with a mental health problem. Founded in 1998, the Center has given itself the mission of serving its members according to a model of mutual aid and reappropriation of power ("empowerment").

Thus, the first objective is to offer services offered by and for the members. Although we welcome, without discrimination, people living or having lived through a mental health problem of any kind, our major is borderline personality disorder. In addition, our activities and resources are also offered to people living with more than one mental health problem.
