Community Legal Center of Quebec - Montmagny

The Community Legal Center of Quebec is one of 11 Regional Community Legal Centers. Headed by the Commission des services juridiques, each of these organizations is responsible for the application of the Act respecting legal aid in Quebec. Each of us is responsible for providing legal aid in the territory we serve.

The protection and defense of the rights of the most disadvantaged rely on the expertise, competence and dedication of our legal professionals who are supported by an empathetic and dedicated staff.

Every day, our lawyers plead before the courts of all jurisdictions and they provide information, advice and recommendations in the most diverse matters.

Strongly involved in their communities, our lawyers participate in the operation of many community organizations and are happy to give talks on various legal subjects.
