About this organization

My basic training in analytical psychodynamics obtained at Laval University was enriched by specific training received during the decade when I worked with the military of National Defense. My transition to private practice has not dampened my enthusiasm for exploring new approaches or deepening my therapeutic knowledge, especially based on radical change techniques.

Today, I mainly base my interventions on these various theoretical orientations and therapeutic techniques with which I had the privilege of familiarizing myself:

  • CBT (cognitive and behavioral techniques)
  • Stress management
  • Motivational approach
  • ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) and FAP
  • TCR (Theory of Relational Frames)
