About this organization
Louise Norman - I am a psychologist and guidance counsellor. I offer my clients a personalized service, adapted to their needs. My approach is in line with my values, empathy and respect for my clients. I like to help people and guide them so that they can reduce their suffering, evolve and feel better about themselves.
My approach is based on cognitive behavioral therapy as well as the third wave in psychology which includes, among others, MBCT (mindfulness-based cognitive therapy) and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy). I have developed an expertise for techniques of relaxation, meditation, visualization and heart coherence. I teach mindfulness meditation and I practice EMT (Eye Movement Technique) as well as NLP (NeuroLinguistic Programming).
