About this service
This closed group of 6 to 8 people emphasizes discussion and reflection to find innovative solutions to the problems related to aging that women face in their lives. It mainly affects 4 poles:
The relationship to oneself: taking care of oneself, the body, health, leisure, time management;
The relationship with others: loved ones, family, our role in society;
The relationship to the world: our personal space, the consumer society;
The relationship to mystery: inner development, places of healing, mediation, creativity.
The program includes 10 meetings which are supervised by a facilitator. Its role is to enforce the group's operating rules. Once the program is over, the group can decide to continue on their own or to stop meeting.
