Since 1991, OCAN has been working significantly in the field of mental health in the Capitale-Nationale region.
The mission of this non-profit organization is to promote the functional and social autonomy of people with mental health problems or life disorganization and to contribute to the promotion of mental health as well as the demystification of mental illnesses. .
