About this service
Telephone support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to listen, inform and accompany loved ones who are going through a critical period.
During the opening hours of La Boussole, an on-call worker handles calls. Outside our opening hours, a team of volunteers takes over. These volunteers are members of the entourage of a person with mental illness in order to allow peer support. They will be able to offer you empathetic listening and comforting support, based on their experience.
