About this organization
Since 1978, the Rive-Sud Housing Committee has been a non-profit organization dedicated to defending tenants' rights and developing social and community housing. Its mission is to inform, train, defend the rights and represent the tenants of its territory on all questions relating to housing. It contributes to the fight against poverty and isolation by:
- an active and inclusive associative life;
- continuous mobilization of its members to allow everyone access to adequate housing;
- the development of quality social housing projects that meet local needs and are supported by the community.
The Housing Committee thus contributes to the well-being of tenants and to the built-up landscape of its territory.
