About this service
Families East is a not-for-profit Community based organization offering a comprehensive range of programs and services for families with Children from conception to age 6. We offer weekly play groups, parenting workshops and sessions, prenatal and postnatal programs, breastfeeding support and provide services such as a breast pump loan program, a resource library plus a freebie corner with infant and Children's clothing. Families East also acts as a link to other Community resources and service providers in the Eastern Kings area.
Our variety of weekly programs are delivered in a fun and informal setting. We believe parents and caregivers know their Children best and we help with focusing on strengths rather then deficits.
