About this organization
Our Outreach service offers confidential support for individuals impacted by abuse who may not want to stay at the emergency shelter, but still need information, support, and/or safety planning. Outreach coordinators provide one on one or group support, referral and information services, risk assessment and safety planning, as well as advocacy and accompaniment to court or other meetings.
Services include:
- one-on-one crisis support (in person or by phone)
- support groups
- risk assessment and safety planning
- comprehensive case management
- referrals to community agencies to help with individual needs
- advocacy and accompaniment to court and other meetings as required
- resource information
Other responsibilities include public education and overseeing second stage housing.
