About this organization
The Cymbria Lions Club Inc. was charted April 26th 1975. We are a community service group with primary focus on our community service area and we are also known as Knights of the Blind.
The Cymbria Lions Club service area includes the following. Oyster Bed Bridge area, up the Portage Road, the Winsloe Road and the Rustico Road (approx. 2 miles), Crooked Creek Road to Wheatley River, the north side of the Glasgow Road to New Glasgow, then to Toombs Corner to the Rusticoville Bridge. All areas between Toombs Corner and Oyster Bed Brdge, including Rustico, Buntain Road, Barachois, Church Road to Wheatley River, and Cymbria. The name Cymbria Lions Club was choosen as it is the area between Rustico and Oyster Bed Bridge.
